Cookie Countess Gel Colors are highly concentrated and provide vibrant color with less liquid.
 
Gel colors have a 5 year shelf life. 
Cookie Countess Gel Colors are allergen friendly. The following ingredients are not used in our facility and will not come into contact with our gel colors – Soy, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Mustard Seed, Shell-fish, Fish, Milk, Eggs, or Wheat and/or Gluten.
Certified kosher pareve (OU)
Our color swatches are mixed into white royal icing, taken in natural light. Note that colors may appear differently on your screen.
Ingredients: Water, sugar, glycerine, modified corn starch, carrageenan, potassium sorbate (preservative), xanthan gum, citric acid, maltodextrin, dextrose.
 
These are colors for mixing into icing (royal icing, buttercream, etc), and cannot be used in an airbrush machine.
